Mesotherapy places tiny amounts of a skin-conditioning formula into the skin through a series of fine micro-injections. We offer two approaches. FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA combines hyaluronic acid with a complex of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids. Mesotherapy Redermalisation pairs hyaluronic acid with antioxidants and is designed to support collagen and elastin, with a light enzyme peel beforehand and a mask and light therapy to finish. Because it involves injections, small bumps, redness, slight swelling or bruising can appear at the injection points and usually fade within hours to a few days. Your consultation checks which approach suits your skin, and results vary from person to person.

What to Expect
Preparation
Your consultation checks that mesotherapy is suitable and helps you choose between FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA and Redermalisation. Tell us about any medicines you take, particularly blood thinners, and let us know if you have any infection or inflammation in the area. Small bruises are possible, so avoid booking just before an important event.
Your Treatment
Your skin is cleansed, and with FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA the formula is then placed into the skin through a series of fine micro-injections. Redermalisation begins with a light enzyme peel, then the chosen formula is delivered by micro-injections, and it finishes with a mask and light therapy. The full face Redermalisation treatment also includes Dermapen microneedling. Appointments take 40-60 minutes depending on the area.
Aftercare
Small bumps at the injection points, redness, slight swelling and occasional bruising are common and usually fade within hours to a few days. Follow the aftercare advice your practitioner gives you, and wear a high SPF every day. Any change tends to build gradually over a course of treatments, and results vary from person to person.
